try to watch the movie for which you are writing the review and watch it with whole of your concentration. don't try to mug up the things. try to find the theme behind the movie , theme behind different scenes and find out things that the reader may like about a movie. the things that irritate you in the movie and why those things irritate you .

always try to be very concise in writing your review , because readers want to know about the movie in a very brief but accurate and interesting way. you should use a very rich version of the words (very rich but common vocabulary .. that all may understand).

you should try to manipulate your views and points about the movie and also make the review ending by a question interesting enough for the reader to watch the movie to get its answer .

for eg.

let me show you a very simple example about the movie 'troy'

this movie is based upon the ancient ruler agmemnon who uses a very great fighter of those times 'achilles' and then comes to the point of movie about the fight of the greeks with the a small kingdom 'troy'. and try to make the reader think about the whole situation. like

the greek army was very strong and they were capturing whole of the kingdoms under the rule of 'agmemnon' a very ambitious ruler who just wanted to capture the whole world , even his friends and wanted to become the ruler of the world.then describe about the trojan army. troy had the world's best archers and the best of the walls any kingdom would have . so to conquer troy the walls must be broken which was just impossible so in the movie it was impossible for the greek to conquer the troy. but there came a tyranny , the greeks made a trick. they made a wooden trophy for the troy and put their warriers in it. and all the others went to other side of the sea. and the ruler of troy took that trophy to his kingdom unknowingly taking the warriers inside and opening the doors of his kingdom for the greek army. the trojans fought bravely and the greeks as well but agmemnon was killed by the person for which the war was started. what was the reason for such a big war ? who was the killer of the ambitious ruler agmemnon and what was the destiny of the war? who won the war troy or the greeks?

if you find all these questions much interesting try to watch this superb movie and find out the answers . you will have a very good time watching this movie directed by wolfgang peterson and starring brad pitt (cast as ' achilles').

here i have made it clear to the reader about the theme of the movie and created a bit suspense for him to watch the movie and find the answer to some of the questions and also told him not those things which he will find very amazing .
