It’s Obama’s campaign catch phrase and  it seems that I have caught it. Recently I had lap-band surgery which is when the change began. My lifestyle, eating habits, and size have all changed in the past month. But also I have had the desire to change more than just those three things. I cut off all my hair because I felt I needed a complete change inside and out. I have also decided to change where I am living and going to school. Change is in the air and it doesn’t seem that I can escape it. But there have been some change that isn’t so good. My mother just took a 20% pay cut and my dad took a 10% cut. I thought things were supposed to change for the better???? With our government tied all up into itself and unable to pass a bail-out or budget. We the people suffer and have to make changes in our lives to work around the lack of change happening in our government. So what do we have to do? GM is a multi-million dollar company with CEOs who make so much money their salaries alone could help pull us out of debt. Yet we are giving them money. And when will get it back? Taxes returns have been rumored to be IOUs this years. But can we give the IRS and IOU is we can’t afford to pay or taxes due? Its hard for everyone but it seems like it will always be harder on us. The people that this county is suppose to be for and of.
