But once your cold is clear and you are completely alright, you tend to resume your old habits. This should not be the case actually. If you want to stay fit all the life, the first step you need to do is take a stand and stick to it. You need to analyze clearly what best you can do to keep fit. How best you can avoid bad habits. The physical pain you take should be of some use to you. The effort to maintain good health both physically and mentally is very essential. The only thing that keeps following you entire life is only your health. So how best are you going to handle it before it goes out of control is in your hands. Consuming wrong food leads to creation of many toxins in your body. Excess of toxins in the body causes ulcers and in some cases cancers too. If you want to avoid all these, you need to keep a check on you toxin intake. Drinking hot water with lemon and little salt helps you to get rid of cold in two days. Instead of depending too much on medicines and shelling your hard earned money on hospitals. Think intelligently how to resume good health with extremely good eating habits. Work out a health regime. Stick to the regime on a regular basis. Your health is your only wealth. So make sure to enjoy it throughout your life. |
