How many ways are out there to lose weight? Let me count them, 1, 2, 10, 25....... you get the idea. They all have the same idea it's just that they all have their own little “spin”. Eat this, don't eat that, go here, buy this and on and on and on...... I just wanted to get rid of the flabby and get on with the fit! So, after trying everyone else's little “spin” I realized that the best exercise I got was when I was cooking. That's right – while cooking. I noticed that every-time I filled a pot and took it to my stove or oven my hands, arms, stomach, back and even my butt muscles all tightened up. Sounds crazy but it's true. So I decided to start an exercise program with my “pot”. I got my biggest pot which is my stock pot. I like it's size and it has sturdy handles. I filled it half-way with water. You can fill it to the level that's good for you. I decided that the first area I wanted to work on was my upper torso/arms. Now of course, only do what you can physically handle and if you need doctor's supervision then by all means please use common sense and make sure you follow the program he/she deems satisfactory for you. There now, that's my disclaimer so please, make sure you use your head & some common sense. Don't over do it! Arm exercises are done as such -
Ok, these are the beginning exercises and are a good start. Make sure to not over do it in the beginning. If you do this several times a day you'll be surprised at how fast you'll see your flab turn to fit! I saw results after only several days and I know others who said they could actually tell the next day. Just be smart, don't over do it and you'll be as thrilled with the results of your body as I was. Remember, it's not about how much weight you lose, but how good you look in (or out of) your clothes!! Remember to recycle the water too. Plants, animals, flushing the toilet, are some of the ways you can put your exercise equipment to good use when you're done. Keep watching for more “pot” exercises to come! |
