Please, please, please read this before attempting any cycle of clenbuterol. Ignoring the facts listed in this document can lead to severe health problems and even death.

WHAT IS CLEN?

Clenbuterol is a beta-2 agonist that is used for asthma treatments, seeing as it is a bronchodilator (it helps you breathe). It acts on the central nervous system like adrenaline would, similar to ephedrine. Due to the long half-life (how long it stays in your system), it has not been approved for use in the United States.

SIDE EFFECTS

The most common side effects are muscle cramps (from depleted taurine levels), shaking of the hands, sweating (from a raised body temperate that helps increase metabolism), headaches, increased appetite (decreased insulin levels), and increased blood pressure. Others include nausea, insomnia, and increased heart rate (raises heart rate and blood pressure, also improves oxidization of the lungs).

STOP TAKING CLEN IF you experience chest pains, severe cramping, excessive vomiting, and fainting spells.

FOR BEST RESULTS

Eating a healthy, balanced diet will increase weight loss as opposed to you sitting on the couch and munching on potato chips. Users of clen with few results are usually prone to eating fatty and carbohydrate rich foods. Another problem is keeping the weight off. Clen can cause someone to lose between 7-15 pounds in a single cycle, but tend to gain it back by returning to poor eating habits. The weight WILL stay off as long as YOU stay off the unhealthy foods.

Water Water Water! Clen raises body temperature, which increases sweating, which means more water is escaping your body. Most Americans are dehydrated everyday. Dehydration can cause serious problems, even death. Even if you don't like the taste of water, you have to force yourself to drink between 2-5 GALLONS of water a day, or you risk severe problems to your health.

Take taurine! Sounds familiar, right? It’s that stuff in energy drinks that gets you going. Clenbuterol depletes the amount of taurine in the liver, which is essential to your body. You have one of two options: drink a 24oz low calorie/carb Monster everyday (contains 3 grams of taurine per can) or take supplements. Even though Monster is tastier and more pleasant, there is no guarentee that it can help you. Also, consuming taurine will help with the cramps you'll experience.

During your off cycle of clen, you may want a little extra help with keeping the weight off. A careful combination of any over the counter diet pill and caffeine will help. Some people recommend ECA stacks (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin), but these can work against you more than help you. Many people have used a research chemical called Lipo 6 with careful caffeine dosage, because it must be used in cycles like clen.

Invest in some extra-strength Tylenol and take 2-4 pills at the first sign of a headache. These headaches can get to a migraine level, so taking Tylenol and being properly hydrated will definitely help with this problem.

DRUGS, SMOKING, AND ALCOHOL

First off, these aren't great things to do.

Alcohol should be kept to a minimum or completely nonexistent while you take clen. This means it will dehydrate your body even more and can cause serious problems. Stay away from alcohol and if you must drink, keep it to a minimum.

Marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy, etc...DON'T! Don't even think about it. Especially with the harder drugs, your heart rate is already going to be high and your body is going to be at a small fever level, drugs like ecstasy and cocaine will potentially cause you to have a heat stroke. Marijuana is okay in moderation, but too much can cause chest pains, more muscle cramps, and rapid breathing.

Smoking cigarettes raises your heart rate. No real big problems have been shown from smoking while on clen, but be aware of your chest and heart while smoking. You will experience a pounding in your chest from the cigarette/clen mix.

EXERCISING

To exercise on clen, you must LISTEN to your body. Your body will become your best friend during your cycles. Due to increased heart rate, perspiration, and cramping, exercising should be kept to a minimum. Cardio should be light jogging or easy walking for NO MORE THAN 20-30 MINUTES! Weight lifting should be done with lighter weights and once you notice signs of strain, STOP. Clen is a powerful substance, you'll be fine if you skip the gym for a few days.

DOSING

Clen lowers levels of certain hormones in your body, which means you MUST do a two weeks on/ two weeks off cycle. If you do not do this, you can permanently damage your bodily functions and destroy your nervous system. Do not play around. The difference between following a regime and going off because your impatient can mean life or death. DON'T DO IT! Also, your body becomes immune to its effects. If you want to see more results instead of GAINING weight because you've taken it too long, stop taking it and allow your body to be rid of its tolerance.

Clenbuterol is given in micrograms. Let me repeat that, MICROgrams. Most drugs are given in milligrams, so this should show you how powerful and effective this drug is. Up to 160mcg can be taken, but the side effects are great and risk to your health is more likely. The best dosage to take is around 100mcg.

It is best to wean yourself on and off. Start low, stay at a peak for a few days, then go down near the end of your cycle. Because you'll be taking multiple pills a day, you can either take it all in the morning prior to eating or split it up during the day. And unless you want to be up all night, do not take this after 4 pm.

Day 9 - 80mcg (4 pills)

Day 10 - 80mcg (4 pills)

Day 11 - 40mcg (2 pills)

Day 12 - 40mcg (2 pills)

Day 13 - 20mcg (1 pill)

Day 14 - 20mcg (1 pill)
