Losing weight and fitness

Weight loss advertisements abound on television. However, I have found my own formula for weight loss. My own personal gym, my pet dog. Yes, that is true. I have lost three waist sizes since last August, just by walking my dog,( and other dogs), for half an hour three times a day.

Of course, I have the luxury of being at home all day, because I occupy my time by walking neighbors dogs. I am a dog walker. However, even those who walk only their own dog, can still lose weight. I came down from size 12 to size 8, in a matter of four months. .

Now, I am proud to say that I ate, and continue to eat, chocolate, ice creams, still the regular portion size I used to. Many people who asked me the reason for my new slim figure, I have told them, its just by walking. No diet changes, no diet plans, no diet pills.

Therefore, I believe, your pet dog is your best way of keeping fit. Dog owners need not have gym memberships nor subscribe to weight loss programs. Patience, and time spent with your dog, can help you lose weight,AND keep it off. Its a win-win. Your mental stress is erased, because you spend time playing with your pet, your pet loves all the attention, you become slimmer, and your pet is healthier in the long run. Now , what else could be exchanged for fresh air, exercise and love?
