I acknowledge that any and all content is the property of Say It Aloud and will not use it for any other purpose other than for that which it is allowed within these terms of service, except when given express written consent by Say It Aloud to do otherwise.

Though the property of Say It Aloud I agree to not hold Say It Aloud in any way responsible or culpable for the contents within the website including, but not limited to, articles, sponsors, advertisers, opinions, and comments.

By submitting my article I understand that my writing may be modified, accepted, or rejected without notice or explanation. I understand that all writings submitted to Say It Aloud become the sole property of Say It Aloud and will not be used, sold, or distributed in any other way than agreed to within these terms of service except when given express written consent by Say It Aloud to do otherwise.

I accept that I will not receive payment until a minimum of one ad is sponsored at which point Say It Aloud will send payment via check, PayPal, or other forms. Say It Aloud is not responsible for any payments which are lost or undeliverable. I understand that I am responsible for updating my personal and payment information to Say It Aloud. I understand that I will not be paid for any article which does not receive sponsorship and will not be paid on any pay per click or other promotions other than direct sponsorship by a third party company. I understand that all articles are to be of original content and that any plagiarized content will not be accepted. I agree to not hold Say It Aloud, it’s owners, representatives, sponsors, or anyone else liable for any issues which may arise from submission of my articles, photos, and comments. I understand that I will be paid for any sponsored article within 45 days of sponsorship. I understand that if I request a check to be sent, I will not receive payment until a minimum total of $10.00 US is owed within a 45 day period. I agree to not submit any copyrighted content including text, images, or any other form of intellectual property. I accept that Say It Aloud will pay me a percentage of the sponsorship on a sliding percentage scale starting at ten percent after submission of my second article and that this percentage is completely at the discretion of Say It Aloud. I understand that if I violate any of the terms of service my account may be penalized, suspended, or revoked without notice and I forfeit any future payments or rights to any and all submissions. I agree not to misuse or abuse the Say It Aloud site in any way, shape or form. I agree not to set up additional accounts with the intent of promoting and exploiting myself or anyone else within Say It Aloud.

As a Sponsor and potential sponsor, I agree to pay Say It Aloud only and not attempt to contact writers and authors within Say It Aloud with the intent of bypassing any payments that would otherwise be owed to Say It Aloud. I understand that any and all banners will be done in a tasteful manner and will not be pornographic, illegal, overly suggestive, or in any way defaming of Say It Aloud or its members, viewers, writers, or sponsors. I understand that my banner will not be placed until all of my paperwork has been filled and payment has been received and cleared. I do not hold Say It Aloud liable for any misprints, typos, or unforeseen events that may hinder my ability to place ads. Say It Aloud is not responsible for any advertising space which becomes unavailable in the time it takes a payment to clear and Say It Aloud may place my sponsorship into a similar article or issues me a credit for a future article. I understand that any banner which is designed will have no more than three proofs and six modifications made or a total of two hours maximum placed in it. I understand that my sponsorship may be suspended or rejected at anytime and forfeit any payments made so long as my sponsorship has been penalized due to a violation of the terms of service. I understand that once I have paid for a sponsorship no refunds will be given.

As a Back Link subscriber, I agree to only utilize back links for relevant search terms that link directly to my website. I understand that any abuse of the back link program may result in, but is not limited to, removal of back links, suspension, or termination of my account without reimbursement.

As a moderator, I agree to verify articles are written to the standards as described in the terms of service and will make efforts to see that an article isn’t overly offensive, promoting terrorist or illegal acts, defaming of Say It Aloud, or written poorly. I understand that my efforts are voluntary and that any payments received are at the discretion of Say It Aloud. I agree to not moderate any submissions which are submitted by me, anyone I know, or to accept any form of persuasion from the submitter or sponsors for approval. I accept that I may be limited in the number or types of articles which I may review. I understand that once I accept an article for review I have 24 hours to review, accept, or reject the article. I will not add any links into any submitted article other than those which have been approved by Say It Aloud. I agree not to abuse my privilege as moderator for any reason.

As a commenter, I agree not to post comments that slander, defame, or take away from the submissions on Say It Aloud. I agree not to use auto posting or any software that is used for the intention of promoting a separate site or slander Say It Aloud. I understand that I may only have a single back link in any comment that I make which may include my back link within my comments, posts, or any other form of submission. I agree not to spam writers or approach them with the intent of removing them from Say It Aloud. I understand that any message I send within Say It Aloud may be reviewed, modified, or deleted by Say It Aloud. I understand that any violation of the terms of service may result in, but is not limited to warnings, suspension, or revocation of my account.

As an RSS feed subscriber, I agree to not modify any content in Say It Aloud including, but not limited to removing author information, changing names or back links, adding or removing content, or claiming articles as my own.

I agree that it is my responsibility to adhere to these terms of service and that these terms of service may be changed, added to, or modified at anytime.
