There have also been cases of deaths of people due to the use of stun gun. The committee also feels that it is a type of torture on the victim.

The stun guns have been banned due to the abuses of the stun gun. There have been many cases where people have used stun guns to torture someone. The use of stun gun gives the victim a great amount of pain and hence, is inappropriate for use on humans.

The stun gun does not leave any mark on the body of the victim. Hence, it cannot be identified whether the person was attacked by the stun gun or not. This results in the abuse of this weapon which was made for the benefit of the people.

The common people need to be trained about the proper and safe use of the stun guns. They should know where the stun gun must be used and when the stun gun must be removed from the person. If the person is not capable of using the weapon on right time, the attacker may use the weapon against him.
