1. That voice of his can melt butter. Or women.

For an example of this fact, watch his confession of love to Elizabeth Banks in Zack and Miri Make a Porno. Obviously, not a movie that was marketed as a romance, but that scene will rip your heart out. He speaks quietly and his words are simple, but that voice still sounds like sex with a side of asphalt.

2. He's pretty adorable in a Han Solo costume. (Spoiler for Zack and Miri.)

The movie within the movie has two different versions: the one they end up shooting, and the one they plan for at the beginning. The latter is Star Wars themed (titled Star Whores) and features Zack (Rogen) as "Hung So-Low."Of course, the costume is a bit... modified from the original, but still pretty convincing.

3. When he does excited monologues, his voice turns into a sort of happy roar thing.

Rogen's character in Spiderwick, Hogsqeal, is an excellent example of the trademark roar. However, it can also be heard in Zack and Miri, when he has the epiphany about shooting the movie in the coffee shop.

4. The guy is seriously multi-talented.

Along with acting, he has also written several movies with business partner Evan Goldberg, including Pineapple Express, Drillbit Taylor, and Superbad. He was on writing staff for TV shows Freaks and Geeks, and Da Ali G show. And he co-produced Knocked Up and The 40-Year-Old Virgin. The guy is practically a movie crew all by himself.

5. After Superbad, he switched to family movies, and was the voice of a blue mouse in Horton Hears a Who.

Anyone who can do family cartoons and Kevin Smith comedies equally well is okay in my book. As well as...

6. His upcoming movie, The Green Hornet, has Rogen playing a superhero, which could either be the coolest thing ever or the oddest.

Fans of the comic book series were not too excited about this casting, but Rogen seemed unperturbed by it. He and Goldberg co-wrote the movie, and it is an entirely new area for them both. It will certainly be a test of his acting ability, but so far he has passed with flying colors.

And last but not least....

7. He has the most awesome laugh ever.
